LD Howard

L.D. Howard is an Officer with the Chickaloon Police Department. Officer Howard has over 10 years’ experience in law enforcement, security and private military contracting field. L.D. has worked for D.E.I. as Deputy Director of Operations/ Investigator/ Security Force Team Lead. He then went on to work for E.P.I. as Deputy Director of Operations Overseas Security and Child Recovery Operations in his time at EPI  L.D. has over 15 Successful Child Recoveries Within the United States, Mexico and the Far East. L.D. took some time away from the field to raise a family, as his children grew to adults his wife knew there was a big part of his life that had been missing for 18 years and encouraged him to get back into the fight. L.D. was hired by the Chickaloon Police Department with a focus on MMIP and Human Trafficking. Officer Howard has continued to bring his experience and dedication to combat Human Trafficking, MMIP and Crimes against Children in the state of Alaska. Officer Howard is Certified in Manipulation and Grooming in Child Abuse Cases, Certified PCS Adjudicator, Certified DOJ/OJJ Response for High Risk Endangered Missing Children, Drug Endangered Children MDT Instructor and on the APOA Community service Committee.
